- I had a storage until a couple hundred yards away and I was forced to pay insurance for 13.00 a month I explained at the time there was only 50 dollars worth of stuff in there and some family photos and a file cabinet ended up paying 90.00 a month for a 5x5 now I pay 40.00 for 10x5 in alot nicer building..

He made us right off the bat feel that this establishment was one step above other storage facilities. We have done business with a few storage's across the country and we must say this was the cleanest and the security and professionalism is top notch. The owner/manager live on the property 24/7.
