- So moving in I just needed a place I could put my 19ft car in so I found storquest. Paper work was quick and easy , and they even allowed you to do work on car inside IF it's non running. I said perfect. But pricing is a little steep. $400 per month BUT 12x25 and the 12 is key because I need the width. But customer service is real cool they look after me as do I so I don't mind the extra I pay

The only issue i would have is they dont mention that you have to pay 2 additional fees (insurance and lock) upon signing the contract. Like i can understand that this is preaty standard but they could have the pricing for both included in the advertisedment along with the unit prices where it says you have to pay a one time administration fee

- Did not honor the price offered. The manager Brandi was very helpful & is trying to offer me the $80 rate Sparefoot quoted me (following up with her manager). They made me pay $90 a month instead. So far have not heard back. As it stands right now your business intentionally or not a scam. Offering a lower price and then not honoring it when the the customer arrives.
