Review: Staff was very helpful both on the phone and on site. My unit was clean and tidy. Note that the units have walls between them but don't have a sealed ceiling so if other customers bring in dusty or smelly stuff it may end up in your unit. Online registration is fast but you have to opt into their insurance policy to complete it.

Review: The people at the Auburn public storage we're very nice and helpful. The only problem I had was when I went to put my stuff in the storage locker, there was no letters on the end of the buildings to tell me which one was mine. They need big letters at the end of the buildings so you can see when you drive through

Review: Rick and Wendy where supper helpful at awnsering questions, helping get me into the right unit and helping me when I was ready to not need storage any more. If I need storage again I will come back as they where supper helpful and delightful. They have old fashion polite manners that need to make a come back with our society.

Review: When I reserved the space, I was treated with professional and friendly attitude by Dan, the relief manager. It turned out I had to cancel the reservation so I did not use the space. My only complaint is that I paid for all of May, and did not get a refund when I cancelled on May 1st. Otherwise, a good experience.
