Review: Let the manager know in April I saw evidence of mice in one of my boxes, he took pictures of it and I thought it would be addressed. In June when I moved my stuff out I ended up bringing mice into my new house! About third of my boxes had evidence of mice, found a nest in a dresser drawer and chased a live mouse out of my house! The only recourse I have is to file an insurance claim (through the insurance I got with them because I was led to believe I legally had to get additional insurance) to receive a maximum of $250 with a deductible of $100. Ridiculous.

Review: I have had a good experience with public storage but I do have a few issues! Both of which I guess I understand but first thing is if your going to offer the use of Dolly's and push carts it should be as long as the facility is open! I didn't bring mine due to the fact I was told that there were some available to use but unaware there was a time restriction! Now my schedule didn't permit me to move my belongings during "normal" business hours so I had to get creative! I do however understand that it's most likely because people abuse this privilege and or steal items but it just sucks for the rest of us! My other complaint again I understand this too is probably abused but I think you should provide a garbage can for us to use! I had my 18 month old son and I had to pack up his soiled diaper because your trash can was locked! Once again I realize people probably use it as a dumping ground but it really is unfair and inconvenient to the few of us who really do just have some trash to throw away!
