- The customer service here is first rate. Mary and Ellie were a huge help and went out of their way to treat us like humans, not just faceless customers. The facility is clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to get more of the orange carts--but even with them being difficult to come by, Mary still found us one on a busy day with a lot of people moving in and out. Oh, and get a soft drink vending machine, for the employees as much as the customers. :-)

- Public Storage was fantastic! McChelle in the office was so friendly and helpful. She showed us the size unit we were considering and made sure we had the relevant information we needed to make our decision. When we went in the next day, the gentleman working was just terrific! He got us a unit, showed us the most secure way to lock up and discussed all the safety features of the complex. We completed the paperwork and were ready to move in swiftly. Aside from being clean and secure, the prices are the best ones we've found. Totally recommend them! 10* stars!

Which is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. That being saidтАж so far the experience has been very good.ЁЯСН The whole place is very clean, very secure with redundant security measures (which I appreciate!) and the price for my size unit is very good. ItтАЩs in a decent neighborhood, no sketchy surroundings. They have carts available to use for no extra charge.ЁЯСН I was a little worried about the unit being on an upper floor, even with elevator access as IтАЩve got back issues and more. But with the carts and elevator I had zero problems. When I checked in with the manager (I believe her name is Rose) she was very friendly and very helpful. I liked the whole process of being able to find what I needed and do everything online without any hassle or gimmicks or tricks, including up front pricing AND being able to just go ahead and pay for the unit if you want toтАж or just reserve it so you can go take a look in person before pulling the trigger. The ONLY thing IтАЩd recommend so far is that they give you a MAP of the building your unit is in. ItтАЩs like a maze inside with so many units per building and no signs indicating unit numbering. Other than that, my overall first impression is very good and worth leaving a preliminary review. If that should changeтАж so will my review.

Upon arriving the next day, we realized we needed a bigger space and Latricia and Deanna were incredible in finding us the perfect spot, getting us any deals they could find and making it a very easy process.
