- We are Everett locals who needed a little extra space. The Lake Stevenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s StorQuest is easy to access. The facility is clean and Melinda, the assistant manager was wonderful at getting everything set-up. The call center you first go through was also great in answering questions and getting the notification of interest sent to Melinda who called to set up the firs appointment. The facility itself is easy to navigate. The carts and loading docks are easily accessible. It is exceptionally clean. Definitely recommend this storage space!

- The staff I interacted with at both locations were 5 star. My 4 star review is the stark difference between the 2 properties and the rental rates. I thought it was interesting that the first property was old and made from plywood. Although the buildings appeared clean, the musty oder was very noticeable. The rent, a special Labor Day rate of 50% off the normal rate was $60, meaning this property and a 5x10 unit normally rented for $120/month. I ended up renting a space approximately 2 miles up Highway 99 for $83/month. The move in special there was $1 rent for the first month and $83 the regular rate for this unit. What a stark contrast. The $83 unit is in a 2 year old building, clean, bright and fresh. Easy access, w/ steel doors. More of what I was expecting in a storage unit. Why such a difference in rates ... and a higher "regular rate" for the older, not as nice property. Just something to think about. I am very happy with the unit,the size and the property where I am now.
