- Called to ask about pricing. Was gonna hop back online to fill out the paperwork and reserve my unit, but instead she just did it for me overwhelming phone. Made it so easy and quick. All I had to do was enter my payment and it was done and ready to go for me when I came to get my lock and move it. Staff on-site was very kind and helpful as well as the Customer Service over the phone, also very polite and patient with me and all my questions. Pricing is great and for heated space too. I was shocked. And the hours available to go in and out are great. The place is nice and secure and very new.

- I needed some stoarge last minute, when all of my belongings did nto fit into the Door to Door Storage unit. Public Storage was open on Sundays, unlike some of their competitors. The staff was friendly. He did make a comment they PS was less expensive than Door to Door, which is inaccurate. I would prefer the units were temperature controlled but it is what it is. I would use again if I needed to. Mort light in the unit would be nice (I have an interior unit).

I am very upset that prior to renting neither when pre registering or reserving or when speaking to staff about renting and costs, no one or nothing mentioned having to buy a lock or insurance. My confirmation email said it would be $1 for the first month and a one time fee of $24 for a total of $25. It cost me more than twice that! Bait and switch?

We got lost many times around the storage facility but it was a funny and fun adventure. - I really don’t like being asked to leave a review of any place right off the batâ€â€I literally JUST moved my stuff into the unit yesterday. I’d like some time to see how things go first. Which is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. That being said… so far the experience has been very good.👠The whole place is very clean, very secure with redundant security measures (which I appreciate!) and the price for my size unit is very good. It’s in a decent neighborhood, no sketchy surroundings. They have carts available to use for no extra charge.👠I was a little worried about the unit being on an upper floor, even with elevator access as I’ve got back issues and more. But with the carts and elevator I had zero problems. When I checked in with the manager (I believe her name is Rose) she was very friendly and very helpful. I liked the whole process of being able to find what I needed and do everything online without any hassle or gimmicks or tricks, including up front pricing AND being able to just go ahead and pay for the unit if you want to… or just reserve it so you can go take a look in person before pulling the trigger. The ONLY thing I’d recommend so far is that they give you a MAP of the building your unit is in. It’s like a maze inside with so many units per building and no signs indicating unit numbering. Other than that, my overall first impression is very good and worth leaving a preliminary review. If that should change… so will my review.
