- It is in a very seedy part of town, and you have to keep your eyes open, but it is a storage place. Rent is competitive, but the staff is like the place, about average: a step or two up from a pawn shop or "We Buy Gold" store. I needed it, it was there, and it has been easy to deal with. But, I would rather be at some other location. Public Storage is a good enough company. They keep things running well and the area is clean and as safe as they can make it. You could do a lot worse.

If you live across the highway, you have to go the long way around because you cannot turn left against traffic to enter the business park. Hopefully the state will find a way to make that possible in the future. Other than that, it's a great facility.

- I had the privilege of mostly interacting with Debbie who was very flexible with scheduling when I would come in. She answered all my questions and offered information about the storage setup, made recommendations and also was very sensitive to my needs. She made it very easy for me. Overall the place is clean and I really like the security system they have in place. My only reservation is that it's quite expensive when you multiply the monthly cost over time. But, sometimes, you get what you pay for. I only rated it 4 stars for this reason and also because I have just started moving my things in and don't know longer term what my impression is.
