- The lady who helped me on site was most helpful however I was not pleased by the differences in price quoted me by telephone vs. what I given on-site. I spoke two times with someone by phone and quoted $183.00 per month for 10x15' unit with rolled up door with special of $1.00 for first month. I write all telephone quotes down and had recorded this for each conversation. The lady who helped me on-site (think her name was Trisha). called a district manager who told her to give it to me for the $183 per month however I had to sign computer screen saying rent was $229 peronth. I was told this would be changed to $183 per month. I was told this would be done before I received my rent due email for June. Just think this was unprofessional to have so much confusion over pricing.

- Called to ask about pricing. Was gonna hop back online to fill out the paperwork and reserve my unit, but instead she just did it for me overwhelming phone. Made it so easy and quick. All I had to do was enter my payment and it was done and ready to go for me when I came to get my lock and move it. Staff on-site was very kind and helpful as well as the Customer Service over the phone, also very polite and patient with me and all my questions. Pricing is great and for heated space too. I was shocked. And the hours available to go in and out are great. The place is nice and secure and very new.

The units are flat but u have to go up and down a hill to get there and it sucked with a uhual trailer. The inside units are a maze and kind of creepy. Im glad I'm only using it for a month.

- I have had two experiences with Public Storage. I used the Internet to check for sites near my home. The website for both places says _nothing_ about the locks ($20 each with no buy-back) that you are required to buy to accommodate their storage security - different between the two Public Storage sites. Nor does the website say that you are required to use their insurance, even when your home owners insurance would cover your property in storage. All the website says is that additional fees _may_ [my emphasis] be charged. The sites themselves were clean and accessible. The personnel were pleasant. The monthly charges, however, varied considerably. At the first facility after seven months, I was to be charged a monthly fee of $80 for a 5x5 foot space. (I was told later that fees take competitors into account, and there was another non-Public Storage facility close by.) That is when I switched facilities. It is too soon to tell about the second facility, although I am starting out more impressed. The manager did listen to me complain about the above issues and 'comped' me the expense of a second lock. But we'll see how quickly and how much they raise their rates. Stay tuned.

If I had a company, I'd hire them both on a second!
