Public Storage has a $1 for the first month rent special. It's important to note that after a one-time administrative fee ($24), a recommended "damp check" to absorb moisture in the air ($8), and a solid disc lock ($20) for the unit, my first month total came to about $60. After that, I am paying ~$125/month for a 5 x 10 unit including basic insurance.

- Many thanks to Marie and Connie for welcoming me and helping me to start my storage, and for being professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Connie called me after I reserved the storage online and asked when I would like to stop by. Marie did all the paperwork, found a good storage unit and explained many details (which floor is the best to store, do I need to get shelves, when to pay). The place and my unit are very clean, the staff is smiling and is very helpful, there are always people in there, so this location looks very popular. It takes very little time for me to drop off my stuff because their parking is by the elevator, the elevators are running fast, folks in the office are stepping out to help, I did not have to wait at all.

- Hi, I showed up to rent my unit right at opening time. The woman that helped me, was on the phone dealing with out of state problems at another facility. She acknowledged me as i sat down. I was not in a big hurry so i didnt mind the wait. When she finished on the phone ,she said she was sorry for the delay. Very friendly. It took us about 15 minutes to do the paperwork and another 10 minutes for the tour of the unit. I was very happy with her professionalism. I would highly recommend this facility for storage rental. We were short term renters and have already checked out. That process was just as easy as the move in. I recieved my deposit back and am very satisfied. Thank you Tom alden

- Great experience with Public Storage. Was able to find space online and the manager called to confirm and enquired on how to help my move in. When I told him I was storing a boat on a trailer, he made sure that I got an enclosed storage site that was easy to back into. The manager was also very helpful when I arrived at the facility and had all the paperwork ready. He also took the opportunity to train a new employee on how to do things. Very efficient and friendly.

- honestly after looking at the unit, it looked like a 1 bedroom apartment would not fit perfectly but we made it work luckily. We got a 10x5 unit and for sure if we had a sofa and dining table, it would not fit. So the description on the website is a little bit deceiving in our opinion, but at least the place was clean and the manager on site was very helpful and friendly and hooked us up with a fair price. still would recommend but make sure you are aware of the dimensions and have a look physically before making the decision.

He was very thorough, showed me the unit, went over the code to access my unit, and answered any and all of my questions. I have to say his customer service was stellar - best I've had in a long time. Moving can be stressful, and the process of getting my unit really smoothed out my project. - Called to ask about pricing. Was gonna hop back online to fill out the paperwork and reserve my unit, but instead she just did it for me overwhelming phone. Made it so easy and quick. All I had to do was enter my payment and it was done and ready to go for me when I came to get my lock and move it. Staff on-site was very kind and helpful as well as the Customer Service over the phone, also very polite and patient with me and all my questions. Pricing is great and for heated space too. I was shocked. And the hours available to go in and out are great. The place is nice and secure and very new.
