- I’m impressed at how clean this storage facility is. The customer support is good as well, they just need a little more help for the busy days. I appreciate that they have dollys to help with moving stuff. I also appreciate how they have a hydraulic lift to help with moving stuff to the 2nd floor units. However, my biggest complaint is that the lift is small; I was hoping to use it to move my queen sized mattress, but it wouldn’t fit, so I had to find someone to help me carry it up the stairs. There is an overhang over the stairs as well that made it difficult to fit the mattress up the stairs; we had to tilt the mattress at a 45 degree angle to get it to fit. Aside from that, it’s a nice storage unit.

- Nancy and staff were truly wonderful. That said this is NOT a safe place to store your vehicle. We were vandalized twice in four months. Many rv’s have been broken into. A plumber lost all his tools. A non-functional vehicle was even towed off the lot. This place is a target despite security cameras and lights. They also only have a duty to notify you if YOUR vehicle is damaged. So beware if you are already parked here

- When I called about the unit everyone was very nice and helpful. When we got to the Bothell facility it was terrible. I think the person we spoke with was Barbie. She kept repeating the same thing over and over and I had to keep correcting her when we finally finished the paperwork we unloaded the van and went to our unit which was locked so we went back to the office to find it closed we had to reload our van and by this time we were in a rush to meet the people that were helping us. As we start to leave I saw her in her car eating lunch. When I told her she said oh I forgot to unlock the unit, not concerned at all.I am still upset and I would never tell anyone to use that facility

- I made an online reservation for 24 hour access unit and then was contacted by Public Storage to set up an appointment to do paperwork. When I showed up to that appointment they told me that they had given my reserved unit to someone else who had shown up first. I ended up getting a bigger unit for cheaper, but it isn’t 24 hour access which was the whole point of the unit that I originally reserved.

- The staff I interacted with at both locations were 5 star. My 4 star review is the stark difference between the 2 properties and the rental rates. I thought it was interesting that the first property was old and made from plywood. Although the buildings appeared clean, the musty oder was very noticeable. The rent, a special Labor Day rate of 50% off the normal rate was $60, meaning this property and a 5x10 unit normally rented for $120/month. I ended up renting a space approximately 2 miles up Highway 99 for $83/month. The move in special there was $1 rent for the first month and $83 the regular rate for this unit. What a stark contrast. The $83 unit is in a 2 year old building, clean, bright and fresh. Easy access, w/ steel doors. More of what I was expecting in a storage unit. Why such a difference in rates ... and a higher "regular rate" for the older, not as nice property. Just something to think about. I am very happy with the unit,the size and the property where I am now.

- Connie at the front was extremely friendly knowledgeable and efficient. She knows her job well. The rates were the best in my area. Nice newer clean facility. There’s always extra fees that come in at the end. That’s irritating. They don’t inform you about the mandatory add ons like insurance and admin fees until the end. They’re not optional. $26 moves you in turned into $60. Still better price and nicer than other storage facilities around.
