- Called to ask about pricing. Was gonna hop back online to fill out the paperwork and reserve my unit, but instead she just did it for me overwhelming phone. Made it so easy and quick. All I had to do was enter my payment and it was done and ready to go for me when I came to get my lock and move it. Staff on-site was very kind and helpful as well as the Customer Service over the phone, also very polite and patient with me and all my questions. Pricing is great and for heated space too. I was shocked. And the hours available to go in and out are great. The place is nice and secure and very new.

- When I was shown the unit I ended up leasing, I commented "Oh, good; it has a light" upon noticing the ceiling fixture with pull cord. But when I went to move in the next day, the cord broke and the light was rendered useless. The attendant took a copy of my key and said they'd get it fixed. When I went in today, the clerk said "That size unit doesn't normally have a light; I don't know why there was even a bulb in it, because it doesn't work." When I told her that one of the reasons I took that unit over a less-expensive one was because of the light, she told me the manager had told her that "the light in the alley will shine in if the door is open." This is unacceptable. If there is a light fixture in a unit it is natural to expect that said fixture will be maintained in functional condition.
