Review: I really enjoyed working with Michael. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. Very smooth transaction. I also appreciate how clean and organized the storage facility was as compared to some others that I have rented. Due to the spacious layout, i was able to pull my truck and trailer around easily.

Review: When I came to the location I was going to rent a unit from the gal acted indifferent and didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. Not very friendly until I made the effort to change that. The inside of the unit was dirty and that was a turnoff. Can't the Managers at least sweep inside the units to make sure when you put a White Mattress on the floor that it doesn't get dirty. That really pissed me off, I most likely in the future, if the need ever arises again that I need a storage unit I won't go to Public Storage. Control me any favors. If the people that work for your company don't like their job then they should seek other employment!!!
