- On the positive side...Great location for us and clean units, polite staff and was walked to the unit. On the down side... carts don't have locking wheels(and where they elevator is it's on a slope), climate control seems on the warm side, awkward angle to punch in number to exit(especially when we will be using moving truck)..I had to purchase insurance because I didn't have proof with me but was told I could provide and they would cancel...my wife emailed proof and didn't hear back
