- Accessing my unit during normal business hours is probably the most difficult to deal with this storage facility. Means I have to take off work and lose money just to store stuff in time before the gate closes. I didn't check the hours because the industry norm is at least 9pm some later. I'll make sure to check the hours on every rental location from here on.

- I accidentally booked two storage units. One at this location and another at 2100 North Loop West. Upon figuring this out, Railynn, was able to assist me. She not only called me back on a Sunday, but had the other unit removed and got me a better price on a unit with her building. A for customer service!! Thank you again Railynn.

- Great support from George the site manager. The Public Storage app allows you to use your phone to open gates and operate elevators instead of remembering your 6 digit passcode. Plenty of parking and easy access off the 610.

- Pricing seems to be inconsistent. I went to get a second storage and they wouldn't link it to my husband's account, but they also wouldn't give me the free month. They also spelled my name wrong. Unsure why you can't have two people on an account. I do appreciate the steps they are taking for safety during the current pandemic.

- The young ladies who assisted me were very professional and helpful. Their service was definitely 5 stars. However, I could not give 5 stars because I am a long time customer and there are no perks associated with longevity. This is my second unit that I am renting in addition to the current one and all of the discounts were for new customers. I am really convinced that I need to move out of both of my units and go elsewhere.

- Clean facility ( except for the bathroom where the toilet seat was on the floor when I walked in!). The person who worked there was nice and helpful. However we had to wait until he was available, which isn't a big deal, but there was another worker available at the time who just looked at us and then went on doing whatever he was doing without helping us.

- The Public Storage located 1165 N Loop W was an amazing experience! I mistaken it for another Public Storage that I made my reservation causing me to be late to confirm my storage unit. So I went back to them after hours and they were more than happy to help me! The whole team could see that I was in a jam and were kind enough to help me. I will continue to use them for any storage needs I may have.

- The staff has been honest, courteous, and super helpful. The storage units are pretty clean, and the facility itself seems to have been kept up pretty well. I docked this facility a star because there are some convenience things that would make this a five star experience... 1) The keypads for the drive-in gate are not accessible from the car window. I do NOT like having to nearly abandon my car just to get in, and I would actually consider other storage facilities because of this. 2) It would be nice if there was a keypad for entering through the walk-in gate. It makes zero sense why I should have to walk back in through the drive-in gate, and it's inconvenient whenever I'm checking out one of the flatbed carts since the keypad is on the other side of the parking lot from the office where the carts are kept. - Public Storage is a good storage facility. I have never had an issue with anything. The cleanliness and security are well maintained. I store at the 610 North location between Ella and Shepherd. One of the best things is that George, who always handles my account, is intelligent, knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Public Storage for your storage needs.

- I went online to reserve a unit and when I finished I was promptly called to set an appointment to come look over the facility. When I arrived I was met by Mr. George and Ms. Charlie. They were both courteous, and informative. I was shown the unit, and told the information I needed regarding times and accessibility. Everything has been great to date, and I'm am sure my belongings are safe and sound.

- I think that the staff at my Public Storage is great! They are courteous, and very helpful. And the facility is clean and well maintained. My only complaint, and it is very definitely a complaint, is the policy with the carts. They have explained that it is a corporate policy, but I think that it is ridiculous that the customer has to slow down their move in/move out and go leave their drivers license at the office every time they want to use a cart. I understand that carts have gone missing, but for the price I pay for my storage unit I should have access to the carts 24/7. You obviously already have my credit card, so what is the big deal? If I steal it, charge me!

- I went in to inquire about a storage space. George was amazingly helpful. He helped me identify the right-sized space for me. He walked me through the whole set up process, and he had a great, positive attitude throughout. The detailed knowledge he displayed and imparted to me was exceptional.
