- We moved from Missouri to Texas for work. And we were referred to this storage unit through Penske moving truck rental. When we showed up it was very clean and a nice facility. The customer service was great. It took a while to get my paperwork done not only due the gentleman helping me be quite slow, but to a computer problem with the system. Also I was charged about double of what I thought I was going to be charged because when I was looking at locations, I chose this one because of the promotional deal of "half off of the first month". But that "special" was not really evident after all of the moving in cost, insurance cost, etc. etc. etc. that I did not know about prior to moving in. But that's okay. And when I left I saw a promotion sign on the front of their facility that said, "FREE first month of rent" . . . Now why did the people in side, not offer me that deal? So between all of these problems, I most likely will not go back to this facility.

- The staff was amazing. My only concern is that I returned the following day to drop off some boxes and found a box lid in the Hall covered in baby roaches. Across from me was another unit that had grass bits coming out of their unit. Looked like they hade emptied a shed and stored there belongings there. I know we can't control who rents and what they store but I'm extremely concerned as I have my personal belongings there until we decide where to buy our next home. I don't want bugs in my boxes. On a good note I called immediately and a young girl cane up with a can of raid. There were bugs on my unit door when we pulled it down as well as baby roaches in my unit.

- Was very excited about finding this storage which is nearby my job area. Was please throughout the application process and have zero complaints in regards to the customer service. I did not see the unit nor did I go into the facility besides the office prior to the application process. After entering the property after that I was concerned about the condition and security considering this property looks really run down. Its very obvious this property has been neglected and needs major updating and polishing. After being on this property after day light hours, I became even more concerned since there is absolutly no working lights nor is there individual lights on the inside of the units. One would think since this property is in an area of town that is known for high crime that they would at minimal have night security lighting but it is pitch dark and unless you use your headlights you cant see to do anything in your unit. I addressed this issue to manager and she stated she was working on it but I think this as well as the overall poor appearance goes beyond local or even district levels. I can't believe Public Storage would have their name on a property like this. I've rented many units in various cities from PS and never seen a property like this
