- It's cooler than the other storage units. Maybe it doesn't need to be "that cold" in there, but it will help with my many photographs. There's always someone there, every day - all day!! It's fun to go into the offices, such fun employees to talk to!! Every time! And with automatic doors now, I don't need a third arm to fight with the regular door to keep open and struggle at the same time to get the cart thru, before the heavy door slams shut and onto the cart or me. I do understand people forget and leave doors open, so it's nicer to be at this newer storage facility that is updated with automatic doors and no struggling in or out. I like it there now.

- rented a climate controlled unit and paid online for it ... had problems reaching cust service ...but finally i got thru and wanted to verify 078 was climaTe controlled... chris the rep i taLked to said #078 was for sure climTe controlled ...THE UNIT WAS NOT CLIMte controlled !! nobody is on site ever to help ...(cs closes at 4pm cst) had no choice but to move a uhaul full of stuff into a non climate controlled unit!!! i had to return my uhaul by 8pm that evening . They said they will give me a new unit ...How do i move all of my things without a uhaul truck now?? i specifically asked ...subpar customer service... chris the agent i talked to aLso told me he "couldnt just stay on the line with me while i was aSking for help signing my documents cus i saw non climate controlled on part of my paperwork...but he already said 078 was climate controlled.!?? ..!!! what is cust service for then? im very disappointed!!! but facility is nice! good specials *climate or *non climate controlled 10x10 was $41/ month with 2 months free and a free lock!!!...just pay insurane to move in...!!!!

- I have 2 storage units. One in Texas and the other in California. Was only able to get discount for one of them. Frankly disappointed about that. Had I known that I would have gone somewhere else for one of the storage units. I purchased an item in Texas and returned it in California and it was a huge ordeal to get my money back. Your company claims that you are nationwide but your policy is less than supportive in that way. Both locations gave me grief but the invoice never stipulated that the item had to be returned at the location it was purchased at. The sales associate in California went above and beyond to help me. She said that my argument was valid. All of your locations need to be on the same page. Even her training manager would not help me.
