- I only used the space for 24 hours and got no money returned - even though roration is advertised. I would tell anyone that asks to find an alternate space to use. The building is new, the facility is not well-kept. Customers leave trash and it isn't removed in a timely manner. There was glass on the pavement where I parked my car to unload and explore the space. A day later it was still there. The storage space I was given was less than 8 feet as a huge air duct consumed a part of the space. The hallway entrance to my very last space on the wing was dark and potentially unsafe to cart materials there at any time other than the middle of the day. Take me off your mailing list or I will work to submit my feedback in a more public way.

- I used this storage facility because I thought the pricing was cheaper than those in the city limits. Once I moved my office furniture in, they increased my price by $20 the next month and notified me via email (which I rarely check). Customer service was ok, if you are even a day late you will not be able to access your unit and of you if you were even a day into the next month when you want to move out, you have to pay for the entire month (no pro-rating). If I had known what I know now, I would have just chosen someplace closer to home. I ended up moving my office furniture into my home JUST to avoid paying them any more

- My two criteria for a unit were size AND semi truck accessibility. The unit you assigned me was in no way semi accessible & they had to get a second truck, load, unload - repeat and it cost me almost $3,000 EXTRA!!! That is NOT OK! The unit size they told me was not enough space & I needed a second unit at the same location. No one would answer the phone or return phone calls ( during business hours!!) That is not ok You main line just kept transferring me back to the location where they don’t answer the phone! That is not ok!!!!

- if you are looking for an out standing District Manager Gary Pellock and onsite Manager Tierra you need to put your belongings in the 10111 Park Rd Site or in the Pineville or south district.Other area Manages should listen to these outstanding employees about how to talk and treat people. I had a few things that i brought up to these highly trained individuals and was very pleased they where very professional and customer oriented. Yes, there were a few things i was concerned about but with there ability, for sight and customer care they made me feel like i was someone special and wanted me to rent from them again and not be an angry customer because they are concerned with making longtime clients. They were the best and did all they could working hard to help the Public Storage team appreciate there customers. Great team and thank you for your help in making me feel like a friend.
