Nobody in Charlotte was willing to bend on their prices, or guarantee their rates wouldn't increase, until I found Outbox. Dennis and his team appreciated the work we're doing for the community. - This location was the closest to my home. Great customer service. They call to confirm your reservation as well as follow up. My initial rate changed when I changed my move-in date although when I asked would it remain the same, I was told yes. That was not the case. There was a $17 increase. Not too bad but, not what I was expecting walking in to fill out my paperwork. I also feel like insurance information/pricing should be listed on the website. I was definitely not expecting my monthly rate to increase as well as an additional insurance fee being added. The service representative did a great job going through the terms and conditions and answered any questions that I had. I feel as though my items are secure. I know that they walk around to check the units because I didn’t lock mine properly and they called to inform me. I do wish that the facility was accessible up to midnight instead of 10pm after hours. But, I also understand how that may be a risk. All in all I am satisfied. Process was quick and easy.
