When I came in to sign papers and see the unit I was greeted by the same woman (sorry, I don't remember her name). She was wonderful and took all the time needed to answer my questions. Was able to move in very quickly; the app makes everything super intuitive and so easy! Honestly, I was beyond impressed with how simple it all was.
