- I was in the middle of an interesting time when I needed to rent a storage unit via the internet. It was also the weekend directly before the 4th of July holiday.we got to the storage it was the afternoon of July 2nd and the Twin Cities was hot and sticky. The attendent came in on a Sunday and when we were talking she suggested we would move to a different sized unit based on our description of what we needed to store. I was so very grateful. The money was not alot more and she was so very right. She was also very kind to us. She went above and beyond in our case. Friendly and professional. If this is the usual caliber of their employees they must hire the best of the best people. Thanks Public Storage for the great treatment.

Lucky someone was in the office , eating lunch ? he did not know a thing about the place , 2 hrs new . Get code and location of unit . Light in unit dim , get 2 loads of stuff in unit , step in something on floor . Unit never cleaned, grease / goo/ ??? Is on the floor . Great , now all over my boots , fantastic !! Elevators dirty not vacuumed . Was told employee needed to wax the floors so I may not be able to get to my unit ( do that on off hours ) bathroom dirty ; one would have guessed before employee leaves it would be cleaned ?? This was 5-5:30pm . If you want Robot Storage , this is the place !
