- I used the facility for approximately 5 months. I never had an issue. The facility was in good condition-they even filled potholes over the summer. The only 'issue' I had was when I switched to another Public Storage facility (to be closer to where we live). The manager Tamika exhibited over the top customer service with resolving my issue. Tamika was able to work through the 'system' to resolve the issue that had developed. She did not have to do anything, and it could have been one of those situations where 'it is what it is' and I would have been left feeling frustrated with how things turned out. Fortunately, Tamika understood the situation and worked many different options to find a positive resolution for me. I appreciated her effort and her dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Thanks Tamika!

- We stopped to drop off two SUV's full of stuff on Tuesday, February 18th at 5:25pm. Two carts were unlocked and being used. The other 3 carts were locked up. I was told at check in all carts would be available until the office closes at 6. We asked the person working if we could get one unlocked and they refused. The couple that had the other two carts gave us one and said the other three carts were locked up before they got there at 5.
