- I had a good experience with Rental Agent Maria at the Hunting Valley Road facility in St. Paul. She was very helpful and found a good unit for me that is not far from the elevator. The price was lower than anticipated :-) The only problem I have is with the gate and door access via my cell phone app. On move-in day, it worked on the gate, but not the elevator. The next day when I put more stuff in my unit, the app didn't work on the gate nor the elevator--it indicated Not Within Range, even though I was standing right next to the access code input/scanners. I will try again today; if it still doesn't work, I will ask the on-site rental agent for assistance.

- When we got our unit we couldn't even unload our UHaul truck because it was so FILTHY! I mean there was everything icky (even an old soak!) you could think of left in our unit. We got there at 3:30 PM in The afternoon with our 26foot UHaul truck and still couldn't move a single thing into our unit because we were there until 11:30pm trying to clean up all of the different messes we kept running into at our 10x25 unit. Not to mention I was also not aware of there being not even one single Outlet/Plugins we needed for not only light but to also charge some tools and what nots for our business.... Very. Very. VERY! DISAPPOINTED!

He was friendly, and asked all the right questions. We went to the facility the next day and he rented us the space we were interested in. He was friendly, and efficient, professional. We enjoyed meeting him and felt great leaving our automobile at this facility! This was not what we have experienced from other storage places in the Twin Cities. Relieved!!!

I purchased insurance and am not worried about my stuff at all. ***For god sakes bring your own lock! They were closing in 10 minutes and have to secure any unlocked units.
