- Check in was good. Snow plow truck was there when i was and did not plow the entry/exit well. I had great difficulty getting out of lot. Took 4 attempts the first time. I went and spoke to the manager about it when i came back the next day the lot was worse. It was pure ice from my car to the door to get into locker/ very dangerous, no salt or sand was put down and the exit was worse than the first day. My car almost hit the pole trying to drive away from entry pad. It took 3 attempts to punch in key pad, walk across solid slippery ice to get to my car and up the ice before the gate closed.

- This is the place to go right now in the twin cities metro area. Booking a reservation with Sparefoot helped me lock in a great deal, and Karla the facility manager was fantastic and friendly, while maintaining social distancing. Together they were able to get me a fantastic deal on a storage unit that was LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE of the nearest competitor, and this is a climate controlled unit!! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a brand new building, very clean, centrally located to Minneapolis/ St. Paul, and these price points, the overall value cannot be matched anywhere in MN!! You should put the this location at the top of your list!!

- Please READ BEFORE RENTING. Note that MN law forbids PS from requiring duplicate insurance (iirc maybe at all idk). If you have homeowner's you most likely already have coverage. Several Nat'l class actions on the global PS Corp bc they keep over 80% of that "independent" insurance they offer. Not to fault of staff that they are required to lie to you and say you that most purchase it and that it is independent... Also a lie. So just insist that you already have the coverage and they will say okay! Please tell others if they are renting. Also they require you buy a PS Chateau lock which I was told you cannot reuse. Otherwise it is clean and well managed.
