- Great customer service from Janet. The only thing I would have liked to have known sooner was a projected total cost (this is for the ad/marketing office, not the local Minnetonka location). The $1 for first month's rent is true, but throw in the special lock, insurance, and the administrative fee and you get $57. Still a decent deal for what I needed, but unless I get to keep the lock, I should be paying a lesser rental fee for it. I understand the administrative fee insurance (those are gimmes and assumed). I was figuring around $40 when I initially made the call. Again, the people = great! The upfront pricing = meh.

The young lady who helped me do my initial paperwork, as well as the property manager had excellent customer service skills, and were very pleasant to work with. The prices are better than average, the facility is clean, and gates and doors are in good working order, and easy to use. Having rented storage from several providers over the last 20 years, based on my initial experience here I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.
