- What makes THIS location the best? Alex, who has lived on the property in his apartment for years ( hence BEST security). We have been here since 2007, and now have 3 thirty foot deep thirteen foot high units. Alex takes great pride in providing outstanding customer service, immaculate structure facilities, very well trained staff. He is also decent, HONEST Fair, and has been a true joy to work with all these years. You name the horror story in those 6 other states and we have experienced them. HENCE... we appreciate Alex. - The only frustration with this place was that the pricing was not totally transparent in its ads. There is required insurance (unless homeowner's insurance covers stored items but we didn't know that so hadn't checked, thus were required to pay for insurance) and other fees that make the low monthly fee not as low as it sounded.

- Did everything on line , great . Went to faculty to get code , denied. Checked all function on phone to receive code , fail . Lucky someone was in the office , eating lunch ? he did not know a thing about the place , 2 hrs new . Get code and location of unit . Light in unit dim , get 2 loads of stuff in unit , step in something on floor . Unit never cleaned, grease / goo/ ??? Is on the floor . Great , now all over my boots , fantastic !! Elevators dirty not vacuumed . Was told employee needed to wax the floors so I may not be able to get to my unit ( do that on off hours ) bathroom dirty ; one would have guessed before employee leaves it would be cleaned ?? This was 5-5:30pm . If you want Robot Storage , this is the place !

Stacy (Stacey?) was so professional and really made me feel like she had my best interest at heart. I'm so impressed with how she made feel taken care of.
