Cons- Location is somewhat difficult to navigate to if you come from the wrong direction, facility is a little on the dark side. - I am not at all happy with the locks provided. I was told that I had no choice and must use them. I made a pre-rental visit to the site and asked what I needed to bring etc and was not told that I could not use my own lock or that I required rental insurance. Upon checking in I was informed of these requirements required to pay a ridiculous amount for a questionable locking device. I also had to make a return trip with insurance documentation to avoid paying Uncle Bob's renters insurance. Would have been much nicer had I been informed of this so that I could have come prepared with everything I needed considering I asked in advance.
