- When youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re inside the storage unit, there is no roof above you in the unit. The only roof is on top of the building itself. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very dusty in there I rented here before, and some of them had a roof. I was told that they were all this way when I am certain they are not.

- Pretty straight-forward-- the inside of my cube was a little dirty and the metal on the walls were falling apart, so I knocked down 2 stars for that. Other than that, everything else was pretty good and I would recommend this facility. Just one note--I went to the Elk Grove location to use a truck and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Front desk person was (she said she was new, but there's still a base-level of competency a worker should have) unprofessional, unhelpful, and straight up incompetent at her job. I would never visit this location again.

- this storage facility is about a five minute drive from my house, so they won. Paid a little more but well worth it with all the trips I've taken. Very clean, well kept facility, Dan is a great guy (office manager) and knows exactly what you need to store your stuff. Can't say I'm happy about the required insurance, but still beats traveling 15-20 minutes to the next facility. All in all, a great place to store whatever you need to and very secure.
