Diane has always been awesome professional, and is always ready to answer your questions or take care of any situations that may arise. The extended hours of access for this facility work well for me having to work during the day. Diane makes a difference when it comes to addressing any issues with courtesy and professionalism. Having helped other people in other storage facilities, I can also say that there is better ventilation here than other places I have had to work in. When it comes to time to leave, I realize it will feel like leaving family, but I know it is a place I would certainly come back to as well.

I called during a time of distress, having just been through a hard time and needing to move my things right away. Dorothy was very warm, welcoming, and kind, which gave me comfort and confidence about the hardship I was going through. The day I went in to move, her and Mike were both very kind and helpful. They made me feel at home and it made all the difference. I was happy to pay the price!

- CubeSmart Self Storage in Evanston has changed my life! Ok, that may seem a little dramatic, but there's truth in it for sure. Making the reservation online was so easy. I was able to find answers to all my questions on the website. CubeSmart offered savings deals that made it almost a no brainer. When I got to the facility, I had not talked with a human yet (sometimes my preference). Still, everything was ready and easily accessible for me. The facility is clean and looks almost like new construction, which it might be. Parking and signage are abundantly clear. As I got back to the car, I was met by Roy (or Ron--not great with names am I), the employee on duty. He called me by name and confirmed that I had no questions. He even answered questions I did not yet realize I had. The experience has changed my life in that I actually like my apartment a hundred times better. (I am also no mathematician.) I have limited storage where I live and was driving an hour each way to lug my (extensive) Christmas decorations (among other seldom-but-sometimes-used items) to and from my car. The ease of use and security of the facility, only re-enforced by the knowledge and attitude of the staff (Roy/Ron) have greatly eased my stress! Thank you CubeSmart! (and Roy/Ron)
