- Came there to rent a 5x5 space with a discounted monthly rate but had to change to a 5x10 and got a discounted monthly rate for that one. Had to rent out a truck to do the moving and had a little issue while out and they helped me resolve it. And even after getting back a little late with the truck the person helping us didn't charge us a late fee. Plus I had lost the lock I just purchased at there facilities and was given a temporary lock for free until they opened up again to purchase another one. Overall I was having a really long, difficult day and the sales person was very understanding and extremely helpful which you don't find very often which made this experience very good for me. Thank you.

- Just closed out my account with this Public Storage location after seven years. The only reason this specific location IS RECEIVING A FIVE STAR not a four star Review is because of the on site staff, JEANINE and MARGIE. In the seven years I've been at this location, any time I needed any assistance with anything, over the the phone or in person, related to my storage unit or storage related, JEANINE and MARGIE have been available. Not only have they been available, JEANINE and MARGIE were cheerful, respectful, attentive and most important ACCOMMODATING. Now, about the location itself. VERY CLEAN, easy access to ones unit. Wide enough streets to fit two full size pickup trucks side by side down the rows of units. My individual unit did it's job, kept all my stuff Secure and Dry. I'd say something about the price I ended with but, I get it , it's a business. I'm actually glad Public Storage increased the price of my unit as the years passed. Forced me to get rid of my stuff, close the account and start saving money. Thank you Jeanine and Margie.

- I really liked that they reached out but not overly. I had a few questions and left a voicemail and very promptly someone called back and left all my answers in a voicemail; which was very smart so we could avoid calling and missing each other continuously. We arrived and the unit was ready, the lock was inside, everything was smooth and done from my phone. I signed all the paperwork online as well and the lease was month to month- no headaches. Unit is exactly what I need. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t moved my stuff yet but we rent to check it out, the area is safe, the facility was easy to find, my unit has high roofs so we get that extra space on top as well. I currently have 2 Public Storage Units in two different states and will continue to use Public Storage because I have not been disappointed.
