A lock was found on the locker I was assigned which puzzled Lainie when I informed her, she went with me to my locker and removed it (there was a lock found inside the unit as well); as I had my lock from the last rental, she retrieved the extra locks and took care of deducting the lock price from my bill with no hassle whatsoever. - Seems weird to rate a storage place but this one is far and above my previous experiences. Entire property is immaculately maintained. I rented parking for my RV. The lot was very spacious and easy to maneuver around. Very secure too. Megan who helped me was extremely friendly and very thorough explaining the process.
