- I was terribly mislead. The information I was given over the phone was not honored once I arrived at the facility. Apparently the storage center uses an offsite service to book its customers and they misrepresent the storage facility. The hours posted online was not the hours posted at the facility. I was charged more than the unit was advertised for and I was very unhappy about it. I went there for a $59 advertised special and ended up paying about $117?. Since I was in dire straits and had packed up all my things, paid a driver and traveled the 25 miles to the facility, I had no choice but to go ahead with the transaction. However, the front desk agent was very nice...
