- All the employees were always super nice and friendly. The building itself was well maintained, especially for a storage building. My one complaint was that when I made the reservation for my unit to move in (Saturday August 1), I didn't receive a phone call until Friday (July 31) at 4:30 saying I needed to come in to sign papers before I could move in and they would be closed by the time I got there to do so on Saturday. I use cta and to get there from my apartment is easily a 40 minute trek and because they were going to close at 6 I had to literally drop everything I was doing and run out of the house. It was just a massive inconvenience and they easily could've called a day or two before and I could've planned accordingly.

- When I first call to reserve a spot it was awesome that I didn't have to have a credit card get a unit. I was called backed within the hour from this location, and Tracy asked me what time I would be coming in. She was very pleasant over the phone. When I arrived to do the paper work the customer service that I received from Tracy was amazing. She sense right away that I was feeling stress and anxious. She made my day by clearlyexplaining everything regarding my contract. Thank you for this truly awesome employee. The size of the unit I reserved was perfect. Very clean office and location. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
