- The folks at CubeSmart are great to work with. We are currently renting two units from them and were pleasantly surprised with the location, cleanliness and the customer service we received. For example, if you are unloading items from a semi-truck, many storage locations can't accommodate this size of the truck but for CubeSmart, you can actually pull up to the door to unload. Plus, Tamara at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and took it upon herself to find someone else in the building to help us move in a final, bulky and pesky item that we were having trouble with moving in. Thank you again CubeSmart. We are very happy and would hands down, easily lease from you again.

- After a rather exhaustive search I came across pro self storage. Initially from the onset it gave me the feel of an old school self storage together with the cute train caboose to your left as you approach the facility. Once inside I was just in awe at how clean and freshly painted this place is, old school outside pretty modern inside. Okay now let’s get to the customer service part, when I first called I got a hold message and thought oh boy here we go again, these guys probably run the same course as the corporate giants i.e. PS, ESP, UH, Cube, TLU etc. etc. I’ll probably be on hold for 15 min before someone answers or have some annoying bot telling me to press this and press that lol not even a nano second and I was greeted by Antonia and is she amazing! She answered each and every one of my questions, she was thorough did not try to sell me on additional products and services that I really don’t need and she was super patient (Thank you very much Antonia!) if any of the higher ups are reading this I hope you’ll appreciate having a CSR represent your company oh so well. Anyway while I can’t speak for everyone else in the comments here I can safely assure you that everything about this place and my experience is nothing short of amazing. Give these guys a try I think you’ll be quite pleased. I’m A. Feinberg and I approve this message.

- When youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re inside the storage unit, there is no roof above you in the unit. The only roof is on top of the building itself. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very dusty in there I rented here before, and some of them had a roof. I was told that they were all this way when I am certain they are not.
