- When youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re inside the storage unit, there is no roof above you in the unit. The only roof is on top of the building itself. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very dusty in there I rented here before, and some of them had a roof. I was told that they were all this way when I am certain they are not.

- Both employees I spoke to were very courteous and sympathetic to my frustration when I learned that the $1 for first month rent promotion is for new customers only. I went online, in my account to manage my account and rent an additional unit - only reason I did on line in my account ( not annyomous from web site) was to receive the $1 first month rent. Why wouldn't your company want to give promotions to current customers buying/ renting additional space or services. A success business not only needs to get new business but KEEP current customers. Seriously considering spending my hard earned cash at a different company because of this. Thanks.

- My husband and I were looking for a place to put our things as we were downsizing from our home. We called a few different places, but we weren't getting good vibes. On our way home we passed by a public storage on Algonquin Rd near this Pizza factory, so we decided to stop in. There we were greeted by Maria and Renee, to our surprise they were so nice and patient with us! They explained all of their policies and recommended a unit that was a little less expensive than the one my husband thought we needed. A few days later we moved our things in and they were right! - The facility is lovely and when the office is open, great service. However, when my movers and I arrived on a Sunday evening, the gate accepted my access code but did not open. Found out the next day that they locked the gate at 5pm on Sunday when they closed the office instead of leaving access open until 9pm per my contract. This caused me to extend my move by a day, add another day's rental to my Uhaul truck and incurred additional fees as I had to drive the Uhaul back and forth exceeding the mileage limit I agreed to. I also don't like the "administrative fee" of $20 nor the fact that you MUST buy their cylinder lock for $19 to secure the unit - it's a lock that you cannot use anywhere else, making their first month special really $58 rather than $1. VERY MISLEADING. Otherwise, it's lovely.
