- Unfortunately, I had no choice to move from another Public Storage facility to this one. I was told that the facility was heated, but it's not. There is no lighting inside the unit. There's an overhead access door however there is no ramp. There are not enough carts, so I had to purchase my own. Poor snow plowing job. Ice everywhere.

- Everything was excellent except for the fact that my gate code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work and office was closed for that weekend. Now instead of having 2 weekends to move out I only have 1 so it made it a lot more complicated than it should have. Customer service hotline was not use as they couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help me. Frustrating experience but as soon as Monday came the lady at the storage unit was amazing at helping and got it worked out.
