- Our volunteer organization was sharing a locker with a member of our organization. She no longer needed the locker & the lease expired at the end of May. We decided to rent the space for another year. Everything was fine and the price is affordable. The only reason we did not give five stars is because although we wanted the exact same locker, the member who's name the locker was previously in had to make sure it was cleaned out (it was all of our organization's things; not hers anymore) and they moved us to another locker ... exact same size. We were a bit disappointed we weren't simply given the same locker and allowed to change the name of the locker holder. Other than that, the facility manager was very nice & competent and we are satisfied with the service we received.

- I am amazed. The facility is spotless, there is a truck available to move in FREE! The service is excellent, and if you need it you can access your storage 24 hours a day. It is easy access, and I didn't even know about the security cameras. The only reason it took more than 10 minutes for paperwork is I had too many questions. Staff answered them all. Go Uncle Bob!

- The folks at CubeSmart are great to work with. We are currently renting two units from them and were pleasantly surprised with the location, cleanliness and the customer service we received. For example, if you are unloading items from a semi-truck, many storage locations can't accommodate this size of the truck but for CubeSmart, you can actually pull up to the door to unload. Plus, Tamara at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and took it upon herself to find someone else in the building to help us move in a final, bulky and pesky item that we were having trouble with moving in. Thank you again CubeSmart. We are very happy and would hands down, easily lease from you again.

- I was quoted a price for my unit that was very reasonable and when I asked if this was for the entire time of rental and told yes , it made me feel good. Then I went to rent the unit and Alisha took care of us and was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with the elevator not working but she agreed to move my move in date one day until it was fixed. EVERY time I have been there and Alisha is there she is soooo nice and helpful. I hope that my price is fixed and will last the entire rental.
