- The folks at CubeSmart are great to work with. We are currently renting two units from them and were pleasantly surprised with the location, cleanliness and the customer service we received. For example, if you are unloading items from a semi-truck, many storage locations can't accommodate this size of the truck but for CubeSmart, you can actually pull up to the door to unload. Plus, Tamara at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and took it upon herself to find someone else in the building to help us move in a final, bulky and pesky item that we were having trouble with moving in. Thank you again CubeSmart. We are very happy and would hands down, easily lease from you again.

- While looking for a temporary place to store our items while we renovate our home, this Public Storage was conveniently located and had very good promotions online. While we needed to upgrade our size, we were able to find one once we got to the facility and do so rather quickly. Would definitely recommend the location as it's fairly close to the highway and has access to major cross streets. The customer service and follow up was very timely and very friendly. (Always a plus!)

- I am truly disappointed with my experience at Extra Space Storage Lincoln Park. I need to share my experience to inform others about the issues I encountered. While the manager Marisol and Arnold were polite, they seemed to make up their process as they went, strictly adhering to orders from 'the owner'. With that said they delivered little kindness and even less service. I entrusted Extra Space Storage with my personal belongings, including important documents, photos, financial documents for safekeeping. However, when I found myself in a situation where I needed to resolve outstanding storage fees, the facility failed to uphold the basic principles of fairness, communication, and adherence to legal processes. Despite making a proactive offer to pay and vacate my storage unit, I was shocked to discover that the facility proceeded with auction without notifying me whether or not my bid to pay and vacate the unit had been accepted. I reached management by phone before the auction had closed and was informed my offer had been accepted. I only needed pay in cash at the branch that day. I arrived at the facility as instructed, only to be greeted by a locked office door and a sign stating, "Management on the property." This left me in a state of confusion and frustration. In summary, my experience with Extra Space Storage in Lincoln Park, Illinois, has been marked by incompetence, negligence, and a complete disregard for their customers' needs and rights. If we are able to resolve this issue we can address the nicer amenities and facilities. Without trust and communication those won't do future customers any good. I implore anyone considering using their services to think twice and explore alternative storage solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction, fairness, and adherence to legal procedures.

- went to this particular facility due to the locale & hours. I keep xtra supplies & equipment in there for my business so I will be accessing it at least a couple of times per wk. I know its an old building & I also however when Im in there each times my sinuses start getting very irritated and actually start to burn. this has not happened where I kept it previously. can something be done to clean it more often perhaps? - I SURE HOPE SO. thank you very much, Paul R.

- This was a very clean and very reliable place to store my things after moving back to chicago. I'm a single female and I felt very safe every time I came to this facility. The staff is very helpful and helped facilitate a change to a different Extra Space Storage storage space when my needs changed. I love having 24 hour access bc we don't always live in a 9-5 world and things come up at all hours. I'm able to securely get my things in and out without worrying about theft or my safety.
