- I am so disappointed in the payment and response system. I could not log into to view my account --I tried to enter the contact information and I never received a response. I assumed that I was set up for automatic bill pay but when I was not I was charged an additional ten dollars for paying by phone. Than I decided to call and have my account information straightened out and the account operator told me that there was a different four digit number associated with my account. My drivers was copied when I was there, so I do not know what the issue was--my husband had an account years ago, but that contract was terminated, so I do not know if it was his. All I know now is that they have not fixed my online user login, the four digit code with my reservation is wrong and I was charged 10 dollars extra because this was not fixed.

- When you’re inside the storage unit, there is no roof above you in the unit. The only roof is on top of the building itself. It’s very dusty in there I rented here before, and some of them had a roof. I was told that they were all this way when I am certain they are not.

- I have had several opportunities, in the past few months, to rent storage space at this location, with the help of Mike and Ron. They know their business details thoroughly and are well-practiced in customer service. Their facility is clean, secure and easy to use. Update: Now I've moved out of two units. Mike and Ron have kept on being helpful, even to pointing out that early in a new month, a move out can be done at a daily rate if there are last-minute snags. I repeat my 5-STARS rating. Second Update: Now I'm back down to 2 units from 5 at the busiest stretch of my family's relocating/downsizing. Mike the Manager continues to be very helpful and, judging by my conversations with his other "tenants," knows this "business" thoroughly and treats everyone respectfully. During the weekends, Ron has been his well-experienced, friendly substitute. These gentlemen are a pleasure to deal with and their location easily earns my 5-STARS again. Third Update: My family's downsizing continues. From one large storage unit into a medium, by discarding, recycling and shredding. Trying to get 15 lbs of keepsakes into an 8-lb bag. Every time I've moved into a different unit it's clean, well-lighted and comfortable. The other renters are friendly and cooperative, which speaks well of the facility and the management; MikeB is especially helpful with suggestions / options and very conscientious about maintenance. 5-STARS !
