- Manager was professional. She made sure I had the right size unit and she was thorough in her explanation of the facility. Because of the use of an outside unit, she informed that I should buy a container of beads purchased inside which would let me know if the unit was accumulating moisture. I did this. Although I had my own mattress covers, she asked me if I had them because she indicated that most people don't think about it when putting mattresses in storage. I appreciated her mentioning these two things to me.
