- Overall. The facility is nice. I did have problems with my access code. It did take almost a day to get it solved. If I had used the facility at 9, which I could have no, I would not have been able to get access to the floors that I needed. This would have been a problem, but I waited to move in until business hours. The customer service was great. She should be a code which did get me onto the floor that I needed temporarily until my code could be fixed.make sure you sign up online to save a couple of dollars, but you will have to use their lock. I had purchased a lock expecting to use my own kamaole to sign up online and find out it was automatically included in the purchase. Then I found out that there was no refund for the lock. not a huge deal but could have saved me about 20 bucks.

- I chose this facility because it had the lowest price. The customer service is the worst ever. When I came to pickup the truck I was NOT told about paying a cash deposit so I left and returned later to find out they were closed for lunch. I stood up outside watching as the representative eat lunch while I waited. It was too late in the day to move so I called customer service to reschedule. When I came back the next day I got a phone call as I was about to turn in the parking lot that the truck is not ready for pickup. So another day off to a late move to rush back before they close to return the truck. One month later, I am still waiting for the executive escalation department to call me back regarding this issue.
