When I arrived onsite to finalize paperwork and tour the facility, I found out quickly that what the call center told me and what was happening onsite were very different. I wasn’t expecting to pay more than the admin fee, but regardless, the property manager was very kind and answered all my questions. Explained everything and all was fine.
