- Loved the ease the virtual rental process provided. Also, when we were moving in, the gate was staying open. Having worked in physical security, I went to the office to see if there was a problem. - Instead of one 10×30 I found I have three 10×10. Secondly, another unit I rented has 2 lifting doors from both sides. Doors lock from the best side to access has lock and access code doesn't work. Spent 30 minutes to talk with talking bot, issue wasn't resolved. Called again a few more times and gave up. Would give 3.8 stars out of 5. Otherwise, units clean, accessible and looks good. Unfortunately, customer support lack human support. Bot "Manager" doesn't help me.
