- It took close to an hour to check in as only one person was working. We had to wait about 15’ for customer before us. When it was our turn, she could not find our reservation. After completing paperwork, we went to review storage unit which appeared to be too small but we could not switch to a larger one because paperwork was complete and there are “no refunds”. So we ended up having to rent a second smaller unit with more paperwork. Very stressful and time-consuming! In addition, it was difficult/dangerous to access this business due to road construction in front but no one warned us or gave us proper directions despite the fact that I actually spoke to the proprietor a few days before our arrival to confirm the move-in date and time.

- Reserved online Fri night, was confirmed Saturday morning by facility. Went in, process very easy and efficient. Taken to unit, very clean. Does require some form of insurance to cover items stored either through Homeowners or purchased insurance at property and a lock. Bought own lock but they sold one for 19.99 as well. First month was free and very satisfied with experience.
