- Location is everything and I got second floor for one to go up& down the stairs for people who cannot be doing that activity all the time & no elevator. There is not enough dollies for renters. Had to wait a long while. Hours are short so if you live out far it would be hard to get into your storage if you had to work late like for example Friday due to traffic. I live out in LA county. I work later times so I believe the hours should be a little later. That's a negative mark for this location. All in all the site manager was a friendly and helpful about this location.

I am currently out of state and had to immediately move a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.I spoke with Gracie and she made the process very easy without pressure. This enabled me to coordinate movers and get everything completed in less than 24hrs. On Sunday I realized I needed a smaller storage, Julie was onsite. - Overall this is a good Public Storage facility and location. Pros: Rented a unit in less than 30 minutes including viewing of two units on the 1st and 3rd floor, reserving a space online and signing all the paperwork at the counter. Manager Denice is an amazing person. She is very courteous, knowledgable and professional. It was a real pleasure to complete this business transaction with her assistance. Highly recommend. Cons: You need to leave your DL with a front desk rep when using their restroom. Installing push button lock and camera in front of the restroom would make it safer and easier for everyone. Another omission on the part of the management is you need to leave your DL when using their 4-wheeled cart. The difference in working hours of office and access gates makes it very inconvenient. Leaving the carts by the elevator will make the lives of many customers much easier. Office Hours Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm Sat-Sun 9:30am to 5:00pm Access Hours Mon-Sun 6:00am to 9:00pm

- From the initial call/reservation to leaving the premises after unloading into the storage unit, the entire experience was excellent. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name whom helped me set up the reservation - he was helpful, thorough, and speedy! When I arrived at the facility, lovely Corrine showed me to a unit deep in the recesses of the third floor. It wasn't ideal, but it was going to have to do. She proceeded to make my day 100x better by switching me to a drive-up unit right near the exit gate. Not only was it more easily accessible, but it was larger. Score! She was professional and knowledgeable, but very personable. Overall, my experience was positive and I have 0 complaints. Thanks Corrine - you're awesome!

- From start to finish (actually from start to still going), this place and the ladies, Corrine & Tina, are A-W-E-S-O-M-E !!!!! After looking at several storage locations closer to my house and at first discounting this location because it's located on Cherry Ave, which can be iffy, I was referred here because it's actually in a decent area. The location is clean, it's easy to get in and out of and the staff are courteous, helpful and fun (not necessary but a bonus as far as I'm concerned). Oh ya, it ended up being less expensive too! I highly recommend storage your stuff here!!!
