- I locked in a rate of 138$ and a few months later I was given a month heads up that the new price was 50$ more. No negotiation - no reason-. Very surprising to see such a huge increase. I appealed to the worker there who said she would write a request letter and I would just know the answer based on my next bill - which ended up being the same raised price. I have also been texted before being told that I made too much noise with their very loud carts and accusing me of hiding a cart in my unit which was untrue.

- I have used multiple public storage's and have dealt with many of there employees, but I have to say the property manager Nicole here is absolutely by far the best. She is always super sweet and helpful. She goes out of her way to assist and satisfy her customers. Nicole is always polite patient and professional no matter what is going on. I've seen Nicole in action she had a customer that was yelling at her and being rude. She also had myself and 3 other waiting not to mention the rental she was doing. Nicole never lost her cool she was AMAZING. I always make sure to go when she is working because she is the only one at that property that actually does anything and makes sure your helped and satisfied. I've gone there when she's off and its just not the same. The other girls there are not friendly or helpful there always on there phone and most of the time the office will be locked lights off . I know I sure do appreciate it Nicole she is the best. Your lucky to have someone as talented and dedicated to her job as she is. Nicole there does the job of 2 at least this property use to always have 2 people staffed there but ever since Nicole has been up here she is always by herself and she does an amazing job and yet when she's not working there are two and the service is terrible. NICOLE YOUR THE BEST

I was quoted $50 on the phone, and even though I followed the directive on the website to ask about the web special, the young woman who answered to phone gave me no response to my query about the web special. Instead, she just said, in voice hard to hear, sounding like a little girl, "$50 a month. Does that work for you?" No, it doesn't work for me. I previously had a slightly larger unit in Tempe, AZ, part of the Phoenix metro, also with urban pricing, for $28 a month. Also, this young lady made a very poor impression on answering the phone. That barely audible little girl voice does nothing to instill confidence or create a sense of customer service. What gives? I won't be doing business with this company, based largely on the poor phone answering and the price.
