- Nice, modern unit. Clean, friendly staff on site, very professional. The only downsides is that the unit ceiling or roof is open air with a wire mesh fencing material. So it is better in terms of climate control and humidity control, but less secure. I guess Spiderman with bolt cutters and a ladder could get into your unit if they really wanted too, but there seems to be enough cameras to prevent that kind of stuff. Other issue is that if you need to buy a lock from them, they use a proprietary $19 that you can't really use for anything else besides a storage unit from them. It is the only lock they offer. I had to buy theirs because after I loaded my unit, my personal lock was too thick and wouldn't fit the holes in the bolt. Oh well! I should have check to see if my lock fit before I loaded up my gear.
