He explained the whole process to me; it was quick, it was easy and he was very informative and friendly. In less than 15 minutes, I received by email the contract lease and was able to electronically sign it without any problems. It was an overall very nice and short experience. After work I came by the office to meet Randy (and Nikki) and was told where my unit was located and how to obtain the key. This facility is extremely clean, and I love all the security and surveillance cameras.

- Well, I’ve never had a refrigerated unit before so this is my first time it was much better than I thought it would be at least at this facility. It was clean and safe. I also like the fact that I had to punch in the code to get in the facility and then, when I got to my unit which was in the air-conditioned room, I had to punch another code to get into that door, and I really felt that my stuff was gonna be secure and safe.
