This area has a ton of storage spots, but I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t found a single one that is as nice of a facility, super friendly customer service, and excellent rates as 10 Federal! We had gotten a large unit elsewhere but needed somewhere to park our trailer and RV. These folks were phenomenal from start to finish, and had a perfect covered parking spot at an extremely competitive rate! (if you know this area and value your vehicle, COVERED parking is a must!!) I signed up, filled out all the paperwork (no more than 10min tops), and was contacted the next day to verify we were still coming. Excellent customer service and super friendly staff!! If youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re in this area and would like a much better storage facility than some national chain in a high crime area or right off the interstate, I highly recommend 10 Federal off Honea Egypt Rd!

- I wish I had found them earlier. I had a really bad experience with another place and this place was the exact opposite. The staff (Curtis) have me their ad special (unlike the other place). They provide carts to help get your stuff to your unit, and electric doors so you don't have to keep opening and closing doors while carrying things.

- This facility is very clean, with high security and a Manager named Kierstin that is Customer service oriented! Kierstin helped me on more than one occasion as we moved from our home and awaited completion of our new one. She is quick to walk you around and will go the extra mile to ensure your storage experience is a good one. One day late in the afternoon I was at my nicely air conditioned locker in August when she came strolling through for a security check. This locker was the farthest from the office and she begins there and walks her way back through every one! You will not be unhappy with your decision to rent from her.

- Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The price for a 10' x 10' climate controlled unit was only $66/month and the first month was $1.00. They offered insurance but I choose to use my homeowner's insurance coverage and they didn't pressure me to use their insurance. Cube Smart was $105/month and Live Storage was $195/month plus $10/month for mandatory insurance!
