They said they will give me a new unit ...How do i move all of my things without a uhaul truck now?? i specifically asked ...subpar customer service... chris the agent i talked to aLso told me he "couldnt just stay on the line with me while i was aSking for help signing my documents cus i saw non climate controlled on part of my paperwork...but he already said 078 was climate controlled.!?? ..!!! what is cust service for then? im very disappointed!!! but facility is nice! good specials *climate or *non climate controlled 10x10 was $41/ month with 2 months free and a free lock!!!...just pay insurane to move in...!!!!
