- I did not itemize everything I have in the storage unit. Since they make the insurance mandatory now, it makes me wonder how safe it is. If I did have a break in, I would not have a clue about everything that is in there. That would be difficult. Also, the little mice boxes that are outside the doors, makes me think that mice run up and down the buildings at night. But other than that, I would rather have my stuff there out of place while I go through it, than in my garage, where my husband would fuss. Denise

- On line process was easy. The facility is new and clean. The hours are limited, but that's understandable since the neighborhood is not the best. However, be aware of the extra charges that will be piled on. You have to have insurance, even if your goods aren't worth all that much. It's FAR too expensive and they won't let you get away with not having it. Second, they will force you to use their lock, even though they make it sound as if you can bring your own. Don't believe it!!!! I just vacated another storage unit from another company where I had this same lock for 5 years. Yet, it wasn't good enough for them. Just another way to hit you up for $20. Typical American customer service. The price being quoted is never the price you will end up paying. The workers are decent people, who are trying to cope with a management that forces theses policies onto the customers. I feel sorry for them.
