Review: Online rental and check-in was great. The $20 lock I paid for during the rental process was not provided as described in the check-in process instructions and there is paint dumped all over the floor of the unit. No one is in the office to talk to during work hours and no one will return voicemails.

Review: Nice and very knowledgeable manager. But I got a bad surprise when I signed the papers and she said I would only get 50% off the 1st month because I was renting an outside unit. The huge promotion on the web page said 1st month for $0.01, but I didn't see the fine print. Their customer service was very nice in pointing it out. Note that the 10x10 unit is actually less than 9.75x9.75x8.5 when you account for the door and metal braces. And something they don't tell you: the rent starts when you sign the contract, not when you move in.

Review: Staff had some trouble with the computers to print the lease but they allowed me to move in but later I got a call stating that they will lock down my unit if I do not come and sign the lease right away after I had travelled to another city. But after they understood my situation, they worked around the problem and made things easy by allowing me to sign the lease from a different city. The units were clean. Not climate controlled. The hidden costs are insurance and lock fees.
