- The interaction with the virtual agent was great though the image could be improved as the border was too artificial. Then the gate code we were given did not quickly either get inputted into the system, or the computer took too long to update gate codes so we had to go back to the virtual agent and got a temp code. It took until the next day for the original gate code work. It would be wise to make it faster. The virtual agent was VERY pleasant to deal with.
