- I am fully disabled and terminally I'll. I had hired a supposed great local movers. Instead of the $480.00 quote I received tuned into a fiasco with one of the employees calling and trying to get my credit card information. Spare foot found a storage unit within 2 miles of my home and when the company continued to try to use My belongings to get me to pay $1500.00 to move an efficiency apartment. So I also called out friends at uhaul and had a truck at the site waiting for the movers to do as they said which was put my things in the street. So trust spare foot for your storage needs and never use All my sons moving and storage as they are very well known for the shady business practices I've described. Move yourself or hire someone off the street to load or help you and never give your credit card until you find out your quoted price is the one you will be paying not for a inflated price because FEMA is helping us here while our hometown help tries to steal from us at our most vulnerable time. Spare foot and uhaul that's all you need.

- The interaction with the virtual agent was great though the image could be improved as the border was too artificial. Then the gate code we were given did not quickly either get inputted into the system, or the computer took too long to update gate codes so we had to go back to the virtual agent and got a temp code. It took until the next day for the original gate code work. It would be wise to make it faster. The virtual agent was VERY pleasant to deal with.

- Great pricing for climate control units. Gated, surveillance cameras throughout the facility. Very clean and quiet. Depending on where you live, the location can be considered "out there". But it's off a main highway, close to the interstate. My biggest but pretty much only complaint is that there are no dumpsters for storage unit renters to use. There's a dumpster on the facility grounds but it's gated and locked. After calling to see if there is a universal code for tenants to use that's when the representative informed me that there is no dumpsters for tenant use. I'll be honest, even tho this facility had everything i was looking for, including my "deal breaker" which was 24 hour access, if I had known there was no dumpsters, I would have continued to shop around for a different facility. Like I said, this location is pretty far out there and there are no landfills, recycled centers or public dumpsters near our around this facility. Some days I come to the facility in my regular car to work on my resale business inventory and supplies and don't want to haul bags of trash with me in my car all the way to the other side of town for disposal. Please reconsider letting tenants use the facilities dumpster!!
