- Our things were there 17 days. It was supposed to be first month free. What a joke, they gave us less than 30 days free then we paid when it got close to the 30 days mark and received a notice our things had been successfully cleaned out. Said we were past due and went into our unit and took some of my personal things to keep for themselves apparently. When I tried to talk about it to the lady, she laughed at me and said she doesn't even live in the state. But that was funny to me because my husband and I saw her there the week before. So I am now trying to get in touch with her manager and she won't give it to me. So I am in contact with a lawyer now. Don't bother and waste your time or money!
